You have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason, without the need to provide explanations, within 14 days from the day you received the product purchased on ioi.it.

After notifying us of your wish to return the product, you must send it back without undue delay and, in any case, within 14 days from the day on which you communicated your withdrawal to us. The direct costs of returning the product are your responsibility.

The product must be returned intact, in the original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessory equipment) and accompanied by the original tax receipt.

Refund

Once we receive the return, we will check the status of the product returned and, once we have verified its integrity, we will refund the amount paid for the purchase of the products. The refund will be made via the same payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed. The times for the refund to appear depend on the payment method originally used.
